NARRATIVE REPORT ON TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY OF

LUCIANO A. CONDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

During our planning conference on the conduct of community outreach program,

we decided to have a tree planting activity on March 2, 2021.

Upon the approval of the Brgy. Captain Emilio L. Aguinaldo of Balatucan, Mobo,
Masbate, the teachers of Luciano A. Conde Elementary School SGC & PTCA officials had
shown their love on nature and get involved in the tree planting activity.

On March 2, 2021 at 8:00am we started our day by a short prayer before we went to
the designated tree planting site. Mrs. Patrocinia F. Comedor a Grade 2 teacher of LACES
provided us the different fruit bearing seedlings such as: Cacao, Avocado, Mango, etc.

Each participant observed the minimum safety health protocols based on the
guidelines of the IATF. The said activity was conducted through the help of parents and
other Brgy. Officials.

We successfully planted the seedlings and after that we watered it. The said activity
will be useful for the community since trees are said to be beneficial not only for
preventing floods and landslides but also prevent the worsening result of global
warming, and the fruits will also contribute/give nutrients to human being.

NARRATIVE REPORT ON DISTRIBUTION OF FACE MASKS

Teachers, PTCA & SGC officials assembled at Luciano A. Conde Elementary School
(LACES) before going to the designated area which is sitio Umoroy. Preparations were
made and coordination with the community officials were secured through the
leadership of LACES School Head, Isidro M. Tugbo, Hon. Emilio L. Aguinaldo, the
barangay chairman, together with his honorable and dedicated barangay officials
supported the activity through their guidance and assistance during the house-to-house
distribution of face mask to the community residents of the sitio.

The activity will not be successful without the never-ending efforts and support of
the school teachers, our school head, the barangay officials and most importantly, the
community residents where we implemented our activity.
