results.

Research Instrument

objective of the study . In addition after the field observation, interviews and certain farms
tours, the researchers record all the information needed in the study. The interviews with staff
and researcher we’re voluntary, and audio recording were made with interviewee’s consent.
The farm assessment site used to generate questions that had not been answered or could not
be readily answered through the observation but required exploration.

Data Procedures
This study mainly aimed to get and understand the workings and strategies inside the
chosen farm, Paradizoo in Mendez Cavite.
Moreover the data was conducted during second week of this month, January 2023.To
make the study possible, our school gave us a request letter to be forwarded to the farm site in
order to get their approval in conducting the study. Succeeded by the conduct of video interviews
with farm staffs and managers. In addition, the interview questions were self-made
questionnaires which mainly concentrated in analysing their perception.
A qualitative design of research was utilized which most appropriately catered the study
in analysing the respondents' understanding. Specially, an in-depth interview was administered to
thoroughly gather their ideas, thoughts, and perspective. After gathering the data through the
