DESCRIPTION This Project aims to get funds by selling tickets for a
/COMPONENTS/ACTIVITIES: raffle draw contest from the parents/guardians of the
students and to the stockholder for making concrete
pathways from the Senior high school building to the
Junior high school building. Senior high school students
and Teachers can pass so that they don't have to cross
the road every time they will go to the canteen and other
classrooms. Many private and transportation vehicles are
already passing on the road to avoid students and
teachers in any accident.

I. Pre-Implementation Phase
a. Planning of the conduct of the project.
b. Making Proposal
c. Making solicitation letter
d. Making raffle ticket
II. Implementation Phase
a. Solicitation of raffle draw prize.
b. Distribution/selling of raffle tickets
c. Conduct of raffle draw contest:
1st Prize 1 sack of rice
2nd Prize ½ sack of rice
3rd Prize 1 stand fan
 10 consolation prizes of grocery packs worth
Php 500.00
III. Post Implementation Phase
a. Submit report
b. Make narrative write-ups.
BUDGETARY/RESOURCES Php 10,000.00 for buying the raffle draw prizes.
