Subject: PQS scheme

We are pleased to inform PQS scheme on below tabled products with effect from 1st July 2022.
 The scheme is applicable only to ESP-LV Channel partners for the sales done in Channel 02 and not applicable
to other channel partners like ISPs, KDAs, DSPs, ASCs, etc.
 All standard scheme orders must be placed under ZORS.

 A Special promotional discount of 3.5% will be applicable in July’22 over &

above the below scheme discounts.

There are two Scheme options: 1. Month-on-Month Rolling scheme, 2. Same-Month scheme.
Scheme option 1: Month-on-Month Rolling scheme (Sales Value based)
This scheme will be configured in system and can be availed by feeding ZORS orders.
The discount configuration is done depending on the average sales value achieved in previous three calendar months.

Discount to CP as per slabs 3 months average

Slabs Cyl Capacitors + Box Capacitors + Detuned Reactors + TSM SV in L (INR)
1 54.0% ≥ 1.0 & < 1.5
2 54.5% ≥ 1.5 & < 4.5
3 55.0% ≥ 4.5 & < 8.5
4 55.5% ≥ 8.5
Voluntary entry for Rolling Scheme would be considered based on the performance of below Same-Month Scheme.
Those willing to enroll, need to intimate PQS-PMM team before the next calendar month.

Scheme option 2: Same-Month scheme (MRP Value based)

This is applicable to all Channel Partners, who are not under the Rolling Scheme and to be invoiced in same month.
The scheme discounts will be picked automatically while feeding ZORS order, based on the total MRP value of all the
items, as per below table:
