    For the Taiwanese party (台灣派偶):


    1.Household Registration Certificate (戶籍謄本), 3 copies
    Translate to english, notarized by the local district court and Authenticated by
    Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
    戶籍謄本 (翻譯成英文, 地方法院公證, 外交部認證) 三份

    2. Affadavit of Singleness from the District Court, 3 copies


    Translate to english, notarized by the local district court and Authenticated by
    Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
    單身證明 (翻譯成英文, 地方法院公證, 外交部認證) 三份
    *Then have these documents authenticated in Manila Economic and Cultural Office
    in Taipei (MECO-Taipei)
    再由馬尼拉經濟文化辦事處(MECO)認證
    Fees 費用:
    Authentication Fee: NT1,000/Set of Document
    Expedite Fee: NT200/Set of Document
