Reflection

The task I was to do was record interviews of grandparents and parents

regarding the interview topics. additionally, creating concise summaries of the
respective interviews and reports depending on the questions provided. My
memorable learning experience perhaps involved how we as a group
appreciated the diversity of cultures and could see things from each other’s
perspective.
All of us brought a unique set of skills to the table. I developed the aspect of
managing workplace conflict, the given tasks helped me realize that my work
ethic needs a certain amount of improvement. The group as a whole
communicated effectively, connected well and covered a range of planning and
management areas. meeting the deadlines was the only thing that could’ve been
done differently.
