Flex Claim Submission
• Input claim details via Pacific Prime CXA Portal (https://cialfo.pacificprime-cxa.com) or mobile app
 Click on "My Claims" then “New Claims“
 Select the Claim Item that you would like to submit a claim for
 Enter the claims details
 Upload your scan receipt
 Once you click on "Submit Claim", the system will generate a Claim ID to acknowledge submission

• Claims incurred overseas:


 exchange rates must be provided such as credit card statement/exchange rate slip etc.
 if the above is not provided, exchange rate will be referenced from
https://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/ for calculation purpose

• Keep all receipts and documents for at least 1 year for audit purposes

• For any dependant’s claim, please submit it under employee’s name as no dependant details are captured in
PPCXA portal. It is employee’s responsibility to ensure that the claim submitted are as defined under the
dependants’ eligibility and Cialfo reserves the rights to request for any proof of documentation, where
required for audit/verification purposes.

Flex Claim Status
• Pending Verification: Claim has been lodged in system but has not been assessed by PP CXA.

• Approved: Claims have been approved but have not generated the payroll file yet,
“reimbursement amount” have not reflected yet

• Paid: Claims have been paid on the date indicated, “reimbursed amount” will be reflected

• Rejected: Claims are not payable and the reason will be reflected under Admin Remarks

Points to note
• Balance Flex$ will be forfeited at the end of Flex Benefits period
• Claims can be submitted from date of hire
• Monthly claims cut-off will take place on the 25th of the month**
• Any claims submitted on and before 25th of the month will receive reimbursement on the following
month’s payroll
• Any claims submitted after 25th of the month will receive reimbursement in 2nd month’s payroll
• Year end claims cut-off for 1st June 2022 to 31st May 2023 will be on 30th June 2023

New Hires & Resignees:


• Allocated Flex$ will be pro-rated according to the number of calendar days
• Resignees who had over-utilised allocated Flex$ will have the excess amount clawed back by the company

**If date above fall on a public holiday or a weekend, cut off date will be the preceding working day
