Infant & Childcare Expenses at Non-MSF Registered Childcare Centres
• Keep all receipts and documents for at least 1 year for audit purposes
• For any dependant’s claim, please submit it under employee’s name as no dependant details are captured in
PPCXA portal. It is employee’s responsibility to ensure that the claim submitted are as defined under the
dependants’ eligibility and Cialfo reserves the rights to request for any proof of documentation, where
required for audit/verification purposes.
• Approved: Claims have been approved but have not generated the payroll file yet,
“reimbursement amount” have not reflected yet
• Paid: Claims have been paid on the date indicated, “reimbursed amount” will be reflected
• Rejected: Claims are not payable and the reason will be reflected under Admin Remarks
**If date above fall on a public holiday or a weekend, cut off date will be the preceding working day

Pacific Prime Portal Walkthrough
Login
You will receive a “Welcome E-Mail” which contains the URL website to the PPCXA Portal, Login ID as well as a
link to reset and create a new Password for your subsequent log in.
Forgot Password
For Security reasons, you will need to key in your Login ID. Please point your mouse cursor on the drop-down
calendar to select your Birth Date. Upon completion, click on Reset Password. An e-mail containing the
instructions to reset your password will be sent to you.
Edit A Claim
You can edit a claim under “Pending Claims” page.
After amendments had been made, click on “Save”
Click on the Claim ID under “Pending Claims” page allow you to view your submitted
claims and at the same time “Print” a copy of your submitted claim
