    INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT

    Adjusting Clutch Pedal


    1. Adjust pedal full stroke “S” with pedal stopper bolt or clutch
    switch (with ASCD).
    Pedal full stroke “S”:
    147 - 157 mm (5.79 - 6.18 in)
    Pedal height “H*” (Reference):
    200 - 210 mm (7.87 - 8.27 in)
    *: Measured from surface of dash reinforcement panel to
    pedal pad
    2. Adjust pedal free play with master cylinder push rod or clutch
    booster input rod. Then tighten lock nut.
    Pedal free play “A”:
    1.0 - 3.0 mm (0.039 - 0.118 in)
