Responsibilities:
1. Participate in plant start-up and commissioning activities, raise punch list.

2. Attend training programme sessions. Learn, support and assist in the continuous
improvement of HSSEQ policies and procedures.

3. Communicate with shift Engineer and take care of the operations equipment.

4. Perform regular rounds for the monitoring of equipment condition, recording operational
data, and reporting abnormalities and taken actions as required.

5. Perform isolation/preparation and later normalization of equipment for maintenance

activities and in line with PTW and LOTO procedures.

6. Liaise with maintenance to ensure maintenance activities are done as planned.

7. Apply operating procedures and participate in their improvement.

8. Monitor sub-contractors’ activities to ensure safety is prioritized.

9. Take appropriate actions in coordination with Shift Engineer in case of emergency.

10. Receive firefighting training based on fire fighting and emergency training program and
act as per the role assigned in the Emergency Response Plan.

11. Minimize operation cost.

1. Monitoring the chemical dozing rate and maintaining the desired ppm.

2. To do chemical cleaning in the RO skids whenever DP in the skids increases above the
limit.

3. Maintaining the chemical stock details and reporting to the manager regarding the
requirement of chemical in advance.

4. To prepare the Daily Operation Report, Monthly Report and HSE report.

5. To prepare the mass balance sheet for daily production and report to client.
