Student-Learning Goal:
3rd grade students will improve their performance on the English Language Arts Georgia Milestones Assessment at the end of the 2022-2023
school year. The achievement gap between White/Non-Hispanic subgroup and the other subgroups, Black and Hispanic, will also decrease. This
will be evident by:
 A 5% increase in the number of 3rd grade students scoring at level three and four on the English Language Arts Georgia Milestones
Assessment.
 An increase in the percentage of ELL students scoring proficient or distinguished standards by 6 percentage points on the English
Language Arts Georgia Milestones Assessment.
 An increase of 10% of Black students scoring in the proficient and distinguished levels on the English Language Arts Milestones
