    This study examines the relationship between a school-based reward system and the motivation and performance of elementary teachers in Ilocos Norte, Philippines. The study found that the reward system had a significant positive impact on teacher motivation and performance, with motivated teachers showing higher levels of commitment, effort, and achievement in their work. The reward system was most effective when it recognized and rewarded excellent teaching practices.
