CERTIFICATION

To whom It May Concern:

This is to certify that Barangay Sto. Domingo Proper, Bambang, Nueva Vizcaya
has been consistent in the bid to turn into a Drug-Free Barangay.

As to this date, it falls short of being declared Drug Free Barangay because there
are Drug Surrenderees who has not yet complied to the guided Dangerous Drugs Board
Regulation No. 4 Series of 2016 - Post Operation Phase Activities which is the
Community Based Rehabilitation Program of the Community Rehabilitation Network of
the Local Government Unit of Bambang.

This is to certify further that the Drug Clearing Program in this barangay is on
process.
