JOB SUMMARY

The Chief Executive Officer or CEO is the highest-ranking executive within Infiniti Health. They are
responsible for overseeing all operations and resources within the company and will perform all
communications with the board of directors. They will manage all executives for every department and
is fully responsible for making major decisions, especially those that impact Infiniti Health’s brand
identity and financial health. They will remain focused on the companies long-term goals for growth,
profit, and return of investment and serve as the face of Infiniti Health.

● Maintains a positive and respectful attitude with all work-related contacts
● Communicates regularly with his/her immediate supervisor about departmental and Infiniti

● Consistently reports working prepared to perform the duties of the position
● Meets productivity standards and performs duties as workload necessitates

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

● Oversees ongoing operations for all departments


● Create and implement company vision and mission
● Directs company towards its goals and objectives
✔ Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish goals and objectives
✔ Designs and executives policies and procedures to meet goals and objectives
✔ Monitors progress towards goals and objectives
✔ Meets with executive team members to develop correction plans for struggling departments
● Oversees executive employment decisions
● Develops and enforces policies and procedures as it relates to operations and financial effectiveness
● Oversees all major decisions

✔ Ventures
✔ Expansion
● Promotes cooperation between departments
● Acts as a strategic partner for the company’s plans and programs
● Provides guidance and advice to other executive leaders
● Act as a mentor to employees and staff to encourage growth and development
● Optimizes banking and investor relationships
● Develops and presents reports to board of directors and staff
● Oversees company financials
✔ Oversees financial structure ensuring that funding and spending are in line with goals and
objectives
✔ Reviews operations financial results and compares them to goals and objectives
● Creates action plans when performance is not meeting goals and objectives
● Oversees negotiations
● Act as face and representative of Infiniti Health to the board of directors, shareholders, customers,
employees, governing agencies, and public
● Performs duty related to the benefit of the organization
● Maintain a deep knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations
● Ensure Infiniti Health is good standing with all locate, state, and federal laws and regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

● BA in Business or related field, MBA preferred


● 10+ Year experience in similar position and/or role, preferably in medical industry
● Excellent manager and leadership skills
● Proven track record with management, finances, and decision making
● Excellent stress management skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee
to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the
employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to manipulate objects, tools or controls; reach with
hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust.

Hours: Infiniti Health will provide services Monday – Saturday. This is a non-exempt position,
providers can should be flexible depending on operational needs.
