Letter of Intent to Offer

This is with reference to your application and the subsequent interview you had with us.

We are pleased to offer you a position of “Desktop Support Engineer” in “Canopus GBS
Pvt Ltd” and we expect you to join us on (19/09/2022). You are requested to report to our
office at 9:30 AM on the date of your joining for your onboarding process, or remotely based
on the pandemic situation.

You will be deputed to the client Location IBM, Your base of operations would be Kyndryl in
the location of Chennai.

You will be based at our office “Bangalore” however, your services are transferable to any
location of the Company or client site as and when required. Your employment with Canopus
will be deemed to be confirmed after six months of your joining unless you are
communicated otherwise within the said period. This confirmation is subject to satisfactory
performance of the services expected of you.

This offer is subject to your acceptance, your medical fitness as certified by Company
approved medical practitioner, submission of all your certificates in respect of educational
qualifications, age proof and release letter/service certificates from present employer. Your
Appointment Letter will be given to you on your joining subject to your submission of
requested documents mentioned in the checklist enclosed.

You will be paid compensation as per the sheet annexed herewith.
