A Journey in Personal Discovery
Book Summary

Im OK, Youre Not, A Journey in personal Discovery, is intended as a light hearted, non PhD view of human nature and may even give a fleeting glimpse into the realities that may be at the root of many of our social problems today. Take a walk into any bookstore and you are inundated with how to make your self better books; Books on how to relax, how to stop procrastinating, how to lose weight how to be, well, better, how to be more like the perfect vision of humanity portrayed in works and demonstrated over time. All of them saying pretty much the same thing: There IS something wrong with you and if you read my book I can fix it! The same goes on in our everyday life. Parents, co-workers, friends, brothers, sisters, the media, your boss, all imparting their wisdom on how to fix whats wrong with YOU! But the reality is that if everyone was alike, or held to the same nice and tidy academic or Freudian evaluation or consensus opinion of our society, we would all perish.
