Pocal-Pocal, Alaminos City, Philippines, do by these presents hereby name, appoint and
constitute, as I hereby named, appointed and constituted, BRENDA C. ABARRA, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, and a resident of Palamis, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, Philippines, to be my true
and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT for me and in my name, place and stead, and for my own use
and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things:

1. To represent in my behalf of any government and private agencies regarding the

transfer of ownership of parcel of land more particularly describes as follows:

“A parcel of land located at Pocal-pocal, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, containing an area

of 248 square meters; Declared under Tax Declaration No. 2018-25-01422. Covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No.027-2022000799.”

2. To pay in my behalf all necessary fees in relation thereto;

3. To receive/claim documents in my behalf the said BIR CLEARANCE/ City

Assessors Office/ Registry of Deeds;

4. To sign, execute any and acknowledge all documents in relation to the

aforementioned authorities.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full powers and
authority to do and perform every act and thing requisite or necessary to be done in the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present; and
thereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.

3. To receive/claim documents in our behalf the said BIR CLEARANCE/ City

Assessors Office/ Registry of Deeds;

4. To sign, execute any and acknowledge all documents in relation to the

aforementioned authorities.
