Students’ Attitude Questionnaire on Refractive Index

This questionnaire is intended to collect data on the Potency of Culturo-Techno Contextual
Approach in improving students’ academic achievement in physics in senior secondary school in
District V, Lagos State. I hereby solicit your cooperation and assure that all information you
