HAUS Centrifuge Technologies is mainly dealing with the sales of centrifuge decanters and
separators for food applications, industrial applications and environmental applications.

Besides manufacturing several equipments for dairy, food and beverage industries in Aydın
factory, HAUS Centrifuge Technologies provides process solutions and equipments for liquid
food processing plants especially in dairy industry in collaboration with IDMC company who
is expert and operating with 5 plants in the world.

SEPARATOR
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF SEPARATORS STAINLESS STEEL
Separators are used for separation of liquid mixtures, liquid phases or solid particles. All parts of the machine in contact with the product

Milk feeding point into bowl has been designed to prevent curdling of the milk.
Clarification separators delay formation of bacteria in Yoghurt and Ayran.
Upper body has been made of completely stainless steel while lower body is coated with stainless steel.
By decreasing the spindle length it became possible to achieve higher rpm values safely. This also decreased the vibration level and energy
consumption.
The bearings are lubricated with oil circulation.
All corners in the bowl group which are in contact with milk are rounded smoothly in order to prevent any milk accumulation.
Bowl group is produced from Duplex Stainless Steel.

Advantages of driver system with flat belt:

Compared to the geared belt driver system, transfers the motor power to the bowl with a 10% less energy loss.
Noise level is lower compared to geared belt system.
No need to stop separator for lubricant change.
Less maintenance.
No need to disassemble the bowl for the belt change.

MAXCREAM SERIES MAXCLEAN SERIES


MAXCREAM separators undertake the task of milk clarification and MAXCLEAN separators undertake the task of clarification of milk and
cream separation. While cleaning the milk from solid contaminants purify milk from harmful bacteria.
MAXCREAM separatos separates the fat molecules in the milk
efficiently. Solids having higher density than milk are thrown out MAXCLEAN separators seperate the bacteria inside the milk and also
through inner surface of the bowl and fat molecules having lower separate the solid particles from the milk. Solid particles with higher
density forms concentric inner layers. density than milk are pushed to the outer surface of rotating bowl
under the influence of centrifugal force.
Use of bowl disc increases the precipitation surface which in turn
accelerates the speed of separation process enormously. Usage of bowl group increases the area of precipitation and

DECANTER
A centrifuge decanter; consists of a solid cylindirical bowl rotating at high speed, a scroll
rotating at the same axis with a slightly different speed, a drive group adjusting the speed
difference and the body which carries all the rotating elements.

Centrifuge decanters are applied for separation of liquid mixtures, separation of solid-liquid
mixtures, dewatering, thickening, classification of solid-liquid mixtures and extraction of
components.

Beverage Industry
All kind of fruit and vegetable juice, grape juice, apple juice, citrus juice, tea and coffee
production, beer production, wine production, Rakı production.

Food Industry
Decanters developed for this industry are high performance equipments which
meets the specific requirements of fruit and vegetable juice production industries
in addition to all kinds of food stuffs. Besides high product efficiency and
controllable product discharge, they are designed suitable for cleaning in
place (CIP).

Clarification Decanters
Separation of low density liquid from solid with 1–10.000 micron
particle size is performed in advanced centrifugal section of the
decanter centrifuge. The liquid is clarified with appropriate
combination of the cylindrical bowl section configuration,
determined by the precipitation characteristics of the solid and
the capacity and angular velocity.

PASTEURIZER
Pasteurization is a heat treatment application especially ap-
plied to milk, juice and some other liquid fluids. Because of
based on rapid heating to desired pasteurization tempera-
ture and rapid cooling to desired temperatures automatic
pasteurization systems are indispensable for high capacities.

Plate Pasteurization systems are allowing the product pro-


cessed with desired temperatures and sent to manufacturing
equipment with desired temperatures. HAUS pasteurization
systems are manufactured with the cooperation of IDMC en-
gineering company.

HAUS pasteurization system features may change according


to the product to be pasteurized and desired temperatures.
Pasteurization systems mainly consist of below items;

Pasteurizer frame is manufactured of high quality 304 stain-


less steel.
Plate brand used in pasteurization systems is Sondex but ac-
cording to customer request other brand plates can also be
used.
Thickness of plates used in pasteurization system is 0.5 mm
or 0.6 mm
Plate type heat exchangers are used in hot water preparation
systems. Applicatons
Depending on the product and capacity AISI 304 or AISI 316
quality hygienic pumps are used. Milk pasteurization and Dairy Products
Balance tanks with automatic level control can be supplied (Ayran, cream) pasteurization

HOMOGENIZER
Homogenizers are used to homogenize liquid foods by producing
high pressure. Homogenizers are especially used in milk and fruit
juice industries.

Homogenizers are used to homogenize the fat in milk , prevent


sedimentation of the fruit particles by decreasing particle sizes in
fruit industry.

Homogenizers are also used to homogenize cream, cream cheese,


ketchup, tomato paste, ice cream mix and sauces.

BULK MILK COOLER
OPEN TYPE BMC, CLOSED TYPE BMC
Bulk milk coolers are used widely for cooling the milk and are an important
equipment keeping the quality of milk.
Cooling of milk is performed by direct cooling or indirect cooling. Direct
cooling systems require less energy consumption and more reliable than the
indirect cooling. Because of subject reasons direct cooling systems are more
acceptable.

ROAD TRANSPORTATION TANKERS
Road transportation tanks are used transportation of milk from milk collecting
points to dairies. IDMC road tankers made of 304 or 316 stainless steel and
can be supplied single compartment, two compartment, three or four
compartments.

CIP SYSTEMS
Most of process industries in dairy and food require an efficient cleaning
system. These cleaning systems are termed as CIP (Clean-in Place) which

starting from raw milk processing, whey collection and whey
