Bachelor in Elementary Education

I believe that a language arts lesson should be fun and exciting, it should allow us as a
student to be able to explore the ideas and words. I've learnt a lot of things from Ma'am
Gie Sonoron throughout the course of the first semester of our English 101 class. I know it
will help me advance in my teaching career sooner. Teaching English in Elementary
Grade Language Arts is not difficult for me to study as long as you are eager to learn. I
know I'll use it for the rest of my teaching career. It is not only important to focus on how
to teach grammar, reading, and writing, but also on how your students differ in terms of
learning style. Not everyone learns in the same way.

How I’ll going to use them in teaching:

1. I’ll encourage them in active learning.

2. Embrace them in small groups and learning stations.
3. I will help all learners, especially diverse learners, by addressing knowledge gaps.

4. I’ll give them more opportunities for feedback.

5. I’ll group them by learning style, not ability because not everyone has the same
learning style.
6. Student-focused activities with ample choice.

7. I’ll provide alternative testing options. Instead, I should differentiate my approach

by allowing my students to answer orally, through drawings (pictures), and with
the use of their notes.
8. I will use real-world scenarios that make the material more relevant.
9. I will promote self-directed learning.
10. I will make sure that my students are engaged in that particular area so that no
one will be left behind.
