I. RATIONALE:
In line with the DepEd Order No. 034, s. 2022 School Calendar and Activities for S.Y. 2022-2023 state
that teachers shall attend a professional development program through an In-Service training organized
and managed by the school on February 6-10, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM respectively at G.E.
Antonino Memorial Elementary School. The activity will participate by different schools including G.E.
Antonino MES, Green Valley IS, Tabotong ES, Bocay-il ES, and Mamangos Maulana Kandog ES.

Terminal Objective:
This activity aims to organize the MPRE/ INSET training activities of Barangay
Nalus teachers through cluster/ school-initiated programs and activities.

Enabling Objective:
To conduct an orientation and facilitates/ assist teachers to understand and
appreciate the following;
a. testing assessment
b. Mean Percentage Score (MPS) DO. 31 (Feedback Assessment).
c. address the reading difficulty
d. development of Summative Test.
e. working on different school papers/documents.
f. RPMS Tool, MOVs for IPCRF.
g. Early Language Literacy and Numeracy (ELLN)
