INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE

It is certified that, MS. Ansa Basharat has worked in Herbal clinic

department at Clinic Plus Healthcare Center, Rawalpindi, Punjab,
Pakistan. As intern Herbal Physician with effect from 1st May 2022 till
31st Oct 2022. During this period of time, she gained experience to
evaluate, plan and execute herbal treatments to various patients under
guidance. She worked with patients with various illnesses like covid 19,
Asthma, HTN, Stroke, GIT disorders, Skin issues and patient education
program.
She has also been a part of our herbal Pharmacy. She is agile,
dynamic and co-operative during the placement. She has developed good
support and communication with clinical team working at the faculty.
