 Hence bank manager and other employees were fired due to the act of fraud

 The organizational culture was pathetic. It wasn't just one bad apple but the entire
tree since employees were bragging to get promotion and incentives
 Employees should be given training about what type of communication is necessary
to create value for the organization
 For commission of Sales team, the audit and control team must verify the work done
and then pass the commission
 Targets, training, incentive and rewards with proper audit and controls can help the
culture of a company to outperform with full integrity

interactions, spotting common themes in conversations – such as recurrent
complaints of unauthorised or fake accounts.
  it would have allowed managers to provide feedback to their employees and
adjust expectations as they saw fit.
