CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT DONTE CHALRES

Contract of Employment

Between
MARLON GLANVILLE of 19 New St, Belize City, owner of Black and Sona
(‘the employer)
And
CAROLYN PRICE-WATSON of 28 Parliament Street, Belmopan
(‘the employer)

HEREBY the employer and employee agree to the following terms and conditions

1. EMPLOYEE’S JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant

2. PLACE OF WORK: Black and Sons, offices, 23 Harbour View Belize City

3. HOURS OF WORK: From 9:00 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch

and such additional hours as may reasonably be deemed to be necessary for the execution

of the job.

4. REMUNERATION: US$ 980 per calendar month

5. JOB DISCRIPTION: see attached schedule

6. DURATIONS OF CONTRACT: The contract shall be initially for a minimum period of

one year, commencing on the First day of October 2011 and Renewable yearly by mutual

agreement.

7. HOLIDAYS: Four weeks’ paid leave per annum to be taken at a time to be agreed as

mutually convenient to both parties

8. SICKNESS: the Employee is entitled to seven days ‘paid sick leave per annum and shall a

supply a medical certificate if absent for a period of three days or longer.

9. GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE: In the event of a grievance the parties shall follow the

grievance procedures as set out in Black and Sons Employment Handbook 2007.

10. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: This contract can be terminated by either party giving

notice to the other in writing.
