Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the instructions of my client Biswajit Bora, S/O Harikanta Bora,

residing at Bakulaguri, Borpatia, Jamunamukh, Kampur Nagaon, Assam 782428, I
am sending you the legal notice through the following mail.

This is to inform you that my client Biswajit Bora has an Upstock Account having
A/C No 510124 and this account is linked with my client’s bank account in
Utkarsh Small Finance Bank having A/C No 1585-0193-6506-1201. The problem
which my client is facing is that he is unable to withdraw any amount which is
present in the Upstock Account Wallet and every time he is trying to withdraw a
certain amount the said transaction is not getting processed. It is pertinent to
mention that the bank account which is linked with the Upstock account had been
previously freezed by the order of Ld. A.C.J.M court at Bidhannagar in connection
with Cyber Crime P.S Case no. 76/20 and was later on defreezed as well by the Ld.
Court. Presently there is no issue from the bank’s end as he is able to make
transactions from the bank account which is linked with the Upstock Account and
hence it is very clear that the problem which is happening is from your end. My
client has contacted the Upstock customer care but no resolution could be
provided to my client from your end. Hence on behalf of my client, I am informing
you to kindly resolve the issue so that my client can make the withdrawals from the
Upstock Wallet failing which my client will be compelled to take legal actions
against your company.
