FNDN 102 Lab: Cardiovascular Fitness Assignment

Instructions:
Please complete the following steps and reflection questions. When complete, upload the file as a PDF to the Moodle
drop box before 10 pm PST on the date of the lab.

Part 1: Recording
Please record the results of the test you chose and your fitness rating.

Option 1: The Rockport Fitness Walking Test

Time to complete the walk: Heart rate: beats per minute

Please record the following: VO2 Max: Rating: (“Excellent", "Good", "Average", "Fair", or "Poor")

Option 2: 12-Minute Walk/Run Test

Recording: Please record the following for your 12 minute run:

Number of gym laps x 0.059 = miles
