 Processed all kinds of invoices which include trading and non-trading invoices (PO
& Non- PO) (by way of the 3-way match), check request and ensure the payments
are made on the due date to the respective suppliers.
 Handling purchase order queries directly with the client via calls and e-mails.
 Responsible for preparing a statement of accounts reconciliation, payment
reconciliation and preparing payment proposal report.
 Responsible for preparing payment forecasting reports on a monthly basis for
allocating funds to the vendor for making payments on a scheduled basis (Weekly
& Monthly).
 Preparing month end reconciliation for goods in transit (GIT), intercompany and
accruals file send to the records to report the team for making journal entries.
 Setting up new vendor master data process documentation every quarter.
 Making payments to the suppliers on a scheduled basis in the mode of Electronic
Fund Transfer or Cheque via Bank site.
 Reconciliation of intercompany books to avoid intercompany mismatches.
 Performing month end closing activities in AP books.
  Aging report preparation for AP.
 Maintaining a separate log for the high value of invoices and approval e-mails
backups for risk and compliance purposes and external audit purposes.
 Making Netting payment to intercompany to proposal as per due date.
 Supporting SOX and compliance when there is requirement.
