Operations Associate

In your role as Operations Associate, you will play an active role in contributing to the daily running
of the office environment and the team’s ongoing drive for high performance. Levin Group is an
international, and rapidly growing business. Given this fun and fast paced environment, you should
be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity regarding your day-to-day responsibilities, be highly
process-driven and a hands-on individual with a can do attitude. The ability to get stuck in with a
smile is a must!

An overview of your role responsibilities is outlined below, however, there will be ad hoc tasks which
arise which have not been included, as is the nature of the role. If you have been asked to complete
these tasks, it is because we believe you are adequately qualified and competent.

• Working with your brand leader to support the culture of the business, while upholding
quarterly budget management.
• Working collaboratively on projects with the wider Operational team, delivering results
within an agreed deadline.
• Becoming a super user in multiple platforms to purpose, manage and maintain the integrity
of the company databases.
• Completion of new hire administration.
• Ensuring that all staff incentives, entertainment, and socials are carried out seamlessly
(which includes the booking of venues, distributing vouchers, posting of rewards etc).
• Organising company incentives.
• Assisting the Commercial team as requested with sending Terms/NDA’s out to clients for
signing.
• Management of emails in multiple inboxes, relating to database system requests, and
privacy / GDPR requests.
• Ordering and collecting office supplies, and other ad hoc items from the building’s loading
bay, and distributing where needed.
• Assisting with co-ordinating office moves, including the ordering and assembling of office
furniture
• Helping maintain a clean office environment.
