ARTIST AGREEMENT

Parties: This artist agreement (“Agreement”), made as of NOV, 2022, is by and between Souven
Records, and Abenezer Dungale.

Recitals

WHEREAS the Artist is an established production, singing and songwriting with multiple years of
experience, and the company has offered its services to represent the Artist for production, marketing
and promotional purposes.

WHEREAS the Artist has accepted the offer of the company.

IN AGREEABLE CONSIDERATION of mutual terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, the parties
agree as follows:

Terms and Conditions

- EMPLOYMENT
The company appoints the artist as its Alternate producer for major works to come, from here
on. The Artist shall dutifully perform together with the remaining staff until the termination of
this Agreement, indefinitely.
- SCOPE OF PERFORMANCE
The Artist shall dutifully abide by the following
 Render a necessary amount of studio time and work effort for the completion of
projects where his input is mandatory.
 Abide by the casting directions and choreography.
 Be prompt and not miss any rehearsal schedule for the success of the performance
tour.
 Keep all personal and professional communications with the Artist recruit (HR Dep’t)
and rehearsal monitor confidential, regarding any music related works.
- OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The company shall be responsible to wholly support the artist by providing everything that is
necessary for the artist to perform to the best of its abilities. This includes providing the
necessary equipment, health and physique counselors, and reasonable break times for every
rehearsal for the entire duration of the performance.

- PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

The artist shall have right to approve the photography to be used for the marketing &
promotion of their respective performances. The company shall always confirm with the artist
the use of video recording for every rehearsal to be performed before the start of the
performance.
- COMMISIONS
The artist, presuming receives any compensation for any art related work, or per performance
when shows or as per special agreement for the specific conditions of contract when the time
comes, pertaining to situation where the artist decides to forward any shares, the company will
happily accept profits or gifts, as the artist sees fit.
- CANCELLATION
The company shall have right to cancel a performance upon reasonable and unforeseen events.
The artist only can cancel performance due to a valid injury or other health related or
unavoidable situation.
