Awareness Advocacy Program of The College of Education and Liberal Arts is very important in today’s era of pandemics, online learning, family and love problems. Many people lose their appetite for everything because of depression, stress and many other things. I learned a lot from watching our webinar because I also experienced stress in the online class, in the family, in the past pandemic and many others. This is a huge help because of the problems I experienced in the past few days, months I can do something else so that I will not experience such a situation again. Many ways were shared in this webinar so that no one will ever experience depression and stress in their life. Hopefully, the others who watched or participated in the webinar have helped them to survive any problems in life that come. I am thankful because there was such a webinar for students who are experiencing depression or stress in their lives. It is also very important that we take care of ourselves and do not give up on any problem that comes because it will also be overcome. All the hardships we have gone through will be matched by good events in our lives someday.
