I have worked with Morgan Rodgers for the past few years at Livingston Elementary School. She has
been a paraprofessional at our school. Livingston Elementary is a rural school in Virginia that services
about 400 students. We are a Title 1 school and have various needs in the population of students.

Morgan has always been someone that is willing to help out where needed at school. She has worked
with individual students; small groups of students and she has covered classrooms when needed. She
has worked with kindergarten through 5th grade.

Most recently I had the privilege of having Morgan in my kindergarten classroom as a special education
paraeducator. Morgan was not afraid to help out when she saw a need in the classroom. She was
willing to learn and would frequently ask if there was something should be doing or something she
should be doing differently. She was attentive to their needs and I could see the compassion that she had
for each student. She was actively involved with the students and faculty at the school.

I know that Morgan will be an asset to the school that she is part of. She is willing to learn and is a
