An electric car, battery electric car, or all-electric car is an automobile that is propelled by one or

more electric motors, using only energy stored in batteries. Compared to internal combustion

engine (ICE) vehicles, electric cars are quieter, have no exhaust emissions, and

lower emissions overall. In the United States and the European Union, as of 2020, the total cost

of ownership of recent electric vehicles is cheaper than that of equivalent ICE cars, due to lower

fueling and maintenance costs. Charging an electric car can be done at a variety of charging

stations; these charging stations can be installed in both houses and public areas.

Worldwide, 6.6 million plug-in electric cars were sold in 2021, more than doubling 2020 sales,

and achieving a market share of 9% of the global new car market. All-electric cars represented

71% of plug-in car sales in 2021. As of December 2021, 16 million plug-in electric cars were on

the world's roads. Many countries have established government incentives for plug-in electric

vehicles, tax credits, subsidies, and other non-monetary incentives while several countries have

legislated to phase-out sales of fossil fuel cars, to reduce air pollution and limit climate change.

The Tesla Model 3 became the world's all-time best-selling electric car in early 2020 and in June

2021 became the first electric car to pass 1 million global sales. Earlier models with widespread

adoption include the Japanese Mitsubishi i-MiEV and the Nissan Leaf. Together with other

emerging automotive technologies such as autonomous driving, connected vehicles and shared

mobility, electric cars form a future mobility vision called Autonomous, Connected, Electric and

Shared (ACES) Mobility.

A motorcycle (motorbike, bike, or trike (if three-wheeled)) is a two or three-wheeled motor

vehicle steered by a handlebar. Motorcycle design varies greatly to suit a range of different

purposes: long-distance travel, commuting, cruising, sport (including racing), and off-

road riding. Motorcycling is riding a motorcycle and being involved in other related social

activity such as joining a motorcycle club and attending motorcycle rallies.

The 1885 Daimler Reitwagen made by Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach in Germany was

the first internal combustion, petroleum-fueled motorcycle. In 1894, Hildebrand &

Wolfmüller became the first series production motorcycle. Globally, motorcycles are comparably

popular to cars as a method of transport. In 2021, approximately 58.6 million new motorcycles

were sold around the world,[6] fewer than the 66.7 million cars sold over the same period.

In 2014, the three top motorcycle producers globally by volume

were Honda (28%), Yamaha (17%) (both from Japan), and Hero MotoCorp (India). In

developing countries, motorcycles are considered utilitarian due to lower prices and greater fuel

economy. Of all the motorcycles in the world, 58% are in the Asia-Pacific and Southern and

Eastern Asia regions, excluding car-centric Japan.According to the US Department of

Transportation, the number of fatalities per vehicle mile traveled was 37 times higher for

motorcycles than for cars.

Cooking at home or cooking in a professional set up as a budding chef, you need to have some
basic cooking skills in your arsenal. These skill sets may seem simple; however, the perfection of

for different cuisines. However, it’s the knowledge of the five French mother sauces that will

‍4. Becoming an Egg Expert
Eggs are not that scary if you look at them from a layman’s point of view. However, when
you’re in a professional kitchen, eggs could be one of those intimidating little things that could
go terribly wrong if you don’t know the different techniques behind the not-so-similar methods
of cooking an egg. When you become a chef, you do not just cook an egg; you are boiling,
poaching, and frying it. 
‍5. Meat, Poultry & Fish
One should be well aware of the safety steps taken when they are dealing with meat, poultry, or
fish in a professional kitchen.Every step in handling, cooking, and storing perishable food items
safely is essential to avoid any kind of food contamination. As a budding chef, you should know
to check its freshness, doneness while cooking, how to clean it,and properly pack it for storing.
‍6. Vegetable Sanitation
‍ anaging fruits and vegetables are also as important as handling meat. With the amount of food

being prepared in a commercial kitchen, each and every ingredient should be carefully handled
before it is being used for cooking. When it comes to fruits and veggies, its freshness should be
checked properly to ensure that it is clean and undamaged to avoid any kind of food poisoning.
‍7. Kneading the Dough
‍ hether you’re a cookery chef or a pastry chef, kneading the dough is an inevitable task in the

kitchen. Be it flatbread or loaf bread the perfection of the final product is in the kneading of its
dough. It wouldn’t look like a task as such but remember if the consistency of the dough goes
wrong it will definitely ruin the bread.
‍8. Staying Safe in the Kitchen
Last but not the least, take care of yourself when you are hustling through the busy kitchen
atmosphere. A commercial kitchen is a high-paced place, so if you are not careful enough, you
could hurt yourself easily.
