The learner demonstrates understanding of how world literature


and other text types serve as ways of expressing and resolving
personal conflicts, also how to use strategies in linking textual
information, repairing, enhancing communication public
speaking, emphasis markers in persuasive texts, different forms of
modals, reflexive and intensive pronouns.

B. Performance Standard
I. OBJECTIVES The learner composes a short but powerful persuasive text using
a variety of persuasive techniques and device

TASKS ( G10-Marangal) – The teacher will discuss the students
handbook for the Homeroom Guidance.
FOR MASINOP,MAGITING,MASIPAG CLASS
 The learners will read the background information of the
lesson

In this part of the lesson, the students’ literacy will be


enhanced because the teacher will facilitate reading
the background of the lesson

 The teacher will discuss the different textual aids


 The students will determine the appropriate textual aid in
understanding the given contexts (Exercise 1 and 2)
 The students will use appropriate textual aids in
determining their emotions/feelings they feel as of the
moment.( FEELING CIRCLE)

In this activity, students’ numeracy skill will be


enhanced since they are going to graph the feelings
they had as of the moment.

TUESDAY

 The learners recall, and share their learning of the


previous lesson
 The teacher will present an excerpt of the story “ The
Gorgon’s Head”


The In this part of the lesson the student will enhance
their literacy skill since they are going to read an
excerpt of the story and express comprehension
while being facilitated by the teacher.
students will give their feedback about the story by
answering the questions given by the teacher.

organizer.

 The learner will give feedback on the past lesson
 The teacher will discuss synonyms and antonyms
 The students will give the synonym, antonym of the
words given

THURSDAY
 The teacher will give feedback of the activity last meeting
 The teacher will give a summative test on the lesson for
the week ( SUMMATIVE TEST)

how they understood the lesson by answering the
