II. NARRATIVE REPORT

A. INTRODUCTION/RATIONALE

One challenging part of the full face-to-face implementation of classes is the risk of
maladjustment and anxiety among learners and even school personnel. It is with great
need that this be given attention. It is on this premise that the crafting of a forum on this
matter has been formulated.

With the implementation of face to face classes, challenges has arises, and one of this
is the mental health of the learners and the personnel. With great passion and good
purpose, the speaker Ms. Jiannina I. David imparted the importance of taking care of one’s
mental health and how a problem regarding this can be prevented. The participants were
enlightened and viewed mental health differently after the seminar. Mental health plays a
vital role on the well being of a person and shouldn’t be neglected regardless of one’s
gender, age and status.
