PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT

This Pre-Nuptial Agreement (The “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the
following:

MR. PERPETUO JAMES PACIS NOCHE JR., Filipino, of legal age with address
at Brgy. Pantay, Calaca, Batangas, hereinafter referred to as the “Prospective
Husband”;

- and -

MS. GINA ROJAS RABINO, Filipino, of legal age, with address at Brgy. Pantay,
Calaca, Batangas, hereinafter referred to as the “Prospective Wife”;

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the Prospective Husband and Prospective Wife (the “Prospective
Spouses”) are intent on and/or about to legally marry each other and thus enter into a contract of
marriage;

WHEREAS, the Prospective Spouses mutually consent and agree that their property
relations will be that of the regime of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF PROPERTY during
the marriage;

WHEREAS, in such regime, a Prospective Spouse shall have sole and exclusive
ownership, rights, and interests over his/her present property that he/she has now or may acquire
in the future, as well as those which may be acquired during the marriage, regardless of any
manner and means of transfer, to the exclusion of the other spouse, and vice-versa;

WHEREAS, a Prospective Spouse shall likewise exclusively own all earnings or income
from the exercise of any profession, business, or industry in the same manner set forth in the
immediately preceding paragraph;

WHEREAS, both Prospective Spouses shall proportionately answer for family expenses,
including but not limited to:

1) Support for rearing and education of future children;
