ADVANTAGE

of a crime is that the offender
or the violator of the law
admitting the fact in any
circumstances that he/she
has something to do with the
crime that happened or
somebody has witnessed the
crime happened and testified.
Confession The advantage of Confession
of a crime is that the criminal
fully admits that he is guilty of
DISADVANTAGE
The disadvantage of admission is
that if the evidences are lacking
even if the offender of the law
admitting a fact on a part of a
crime, the law offender will not be
fully proven guilty because
he/she admitted only a fact from
the crime and not admits that
he/she is guilty of the crime and
using his rights to remain silent.
Confession’s disadvantage is if
sometimes the criminal might not
admit that he has a accomplices.
