Instructions:
Step 1. Enter staff names and functions (columns B & C – extend matrix if team is larger)
Step 2. Enter the skills staff already have (row 6 – extend the matrix to add more skills)
Step 3. Enter proficiency levels (0 to 4) for each staff member and for each skill (colors appear automatically, but there should be at least one '0' and one '4' for the colors to be applied correctly)
Step 4. Set required nos. (row 16 – rows 15 and 17 contain formulas based on the requirements for 'min. level 2'. It's also possible to monitor 'min. level 3', etc.
