Division Orientation-Workshop on the Implementation of Homeroom Guidance Program

1. The Schools Division of Ilocos Sur through the Curriculum Implementation

Division (CID) will conduct the Division Orientation-Workshop on the Implementation of
Homeroom Guidance Program on August 4-5, 2022 at Hotelinda Suites, Vigan City.
2. The Orientation aims to:
a) implement the Homeroom Guidance Program (HRGP) properly to support the
learners' development,
b) to provide systematic process in the overall conduct of Homeroom Guidance
Program
(HRGP)
c) to determine the scope and limits of the HRGP including the monitoring and
evaluation.
3. The participants to the said orientation shall be Homeroom Guidance Advocates from
the different districts and secondary schools. The participants of the two (2) -day orientation shall
be the Homeroom Guidance Advocates of the different districts, secondary schools and ten (10)
Public District Supervisors. Attached is the list of numbers per district/secondary schools.

4. Meals and snacks of participants shall be charged against HRTD Funds while travel
and other incidental expenses in attending the said training shall be charged against local/school
funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
5. Wearing of facemask is a must. Likewise, social distancing shall be observed as a part
of the safety protocol.
