    APPLICATION FOR PERSONAL LOAN
    I humbly request for a personal loan of Five Thousand Ghana cedis (GHc 5,000) to be deducted
    from my monthly salary for the period of 5 months to enable me solve some urgent family
    pressing issues.
    I therefore request an amount of One Thousand Ghana Cedis ( GHc 1,000) to be deducted from
    my monthly salary from August to December 2022. I hope my request would be granted. Thank
