Natural Crisis

COVID-19 is a global pandemic that's impacted not only on businesses but also on organizations
and families alike. while it took the world by surprise, many businesses built remote work and/or
health protocols into their operating model to keep employees and customers as safe as possible.

1. How will the CritSit impact the business?

As COVID-19 spreads over the world, many people lose their jobs and their means of
support, but they are able to figure out how to continue working because they have
alternative businesses they can start, such ones that allow them to work from home. As I
locate a business or organization seeking employees who are willing to work remotely, the
business finds it challenging to manage the business in accordance with the health protocol.
Consider how the concerns will be addressed as well. The final effect is on sales, and the ideal
working method will decline.

2. What are the mitigating actions to be done?

As the COVID-19 epidemic is still ongoing, the health protocol must be followed with
decorum. The Balance protocol's restrictions on working hours. The advantages of working
from home include paying for internet connections and having access to the company's
health card in the event of an accident or unconsciousness. Due to the absence of the other
workers, overtime is problematic. The field work for the operations must be completed.

3. What disaster recovery plan or business continuity plan are you going to propose for
implementation in order to minimize risk in the future?

For the proposed implementation I have is the following:

The first step is to prepare for all protocol rules, including those pertaining to health protocols, as
well as for the specific work-related processes that must be followed.

In order to follow the precise recovery for the circumstance and enhance the employer's assessment,
the second step is to evaluate the unconscious health state using the "glide routes" (the follow order
or recovery process).

Thirdly, create a recovery strategy that will work to be safe and handle work problems in every area
of the business. The problem and health status must be prioritized.
The support for the committed and everyone engaged, including the team members and
stakeholders, is the fourth way to develop commitment.

The plan must be applied at all stages, starting with execution. The process of document changes will be
documented during deployment, and customers and stakeholders will be given access to recovery plans.

The applied steps are 6th close the recovery present to the metrics. The Recovery must have a sign-off
section that is adjacent to where the important situations are, an evaluation for future reference, and
any lessons that can be taken away.
