Simón Bolívar’s Life

Simón Bolívar y Palacios was born
in july 24, 1783 in Caracas,
Venezuela. His mom was María de la
Concepción Palacios y Blanco and
his dad was Juan Vicente Bolívar. He
had three older brothers. He went
to school in Spain.
In Rome, Italy, he learned about
independence and decided to fight
Spain. He went to Caracas and
gathered an army. He fought Spain and won. He founded La Gran
Colombia with Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela and Panamá.
He died in 1830.
