Miss Marwa Jama has been employed by Joe and the Juice from September 2022 up until present as
a trainee and shortly as a juicer.

Her main duties included making and handling the food for our customers, providing customers with
all the necessary information regarding our products, operating the till and taking payments, serving
customers from behind the bar, offering advice on drinks, providing a professional, friendly and
courteous service to all customers and dealing with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient
manner. She performed all of the above in a very professional manner, showing commitment and
enthusiasm every time.

I highly recommend Marwa for her strong communication skills, high standards of customer service,
flexibility and willingness to work late shifts and weekends, great team player and for her ability to
work well within a very busy and fast-paced environment. She is an important part of the team, has
a strong character, always eager to learn and develop new skills. We are very lucky to have such a
reliable and amazing person like her.
