The Cottonwood Inn & Suites is shaking things up again! Along with the addition
of 23 new rooms in the West Wing, they are also remodeling/rebranding the
BURGER
Willows Restaurant & Sagebrush Lounge. The Head Chef Shawn Bergstrom &
Dining Room Manager Michelle Tade are changing up the menu to match the all
new modern twists Betty Stone has crafted for the restaurant. “the Wood”
restaurant, lounge & casino will feature some new menu items as well as some
of your favorite dishes, along with their signature soups and dinner specials. “It’s
been almost 10 years since we have had a remodel, and with this new look, our
team would really like to focus on a higher quality level of dining & service.”
Construction will begin on March 19th, with the dining room closing at 2 pm.
Food service will resume March 20th in the banquet room until March 28th,
when they are scheduled to reopen as “the Wood”. The lounge will also be
serving food during normal business hours. “We are working hard to bring you
hometown hospitality with a touch of modern class, at a reasonable price!”
