Daily Lesson Log Teaching Dates Quarter


I.OBJECTIVES Includes objectives related to content knowledge and competencies; weekly
objectives can be derived from the curriculum guide
A. Content Standards Part that refer to the learning area based on facts, concepts and procedures
that the students need to learn
B. Performance Standards Part that describes the abilities and skills that learners are expected to
demonstrate in relation to the content standards and integration of the 21 st
century skills
C. Learning Competencies/Objectives Pertain to the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that students need to
(Write the LC Code for each) demonstrate in a lesson

II. CONTENT Topic or subject matter that pertains to the particular content of the lesson
III. LEARNING RESOURCES References and other learning resources that the teacher will use for the
lesson

IV. PROCEDURES This part of the DLL contains 10 parts
A. Reviewing previous lesson or presenting Connects the lessons with the learner’s prior knowledge

been met;
Evaluation should tap into three types of objectives.
J. Additional Activities for application or Based on formative assessments and will provide learners with enrichment
remediation or remedial activities
V. REMARKS Part where teachers will indicate special cases including but not limited to
continuation of lesson to the following day in case of re-teaching or lack of
time, transfer of lesson to the following day in case of classes suspension
VI. REFLECTION Requires teachers to reflect to reflect on and assess their effectiveness
