    2016, the undersigned went and accomplished the following:

    1. Monitored and supervised the personnel in Manicani Island in their nursery operation;
    and,

    2. Attended the Orientation on Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Procedures and
    Policies on Recruitment, Selection and Promotion.
