EQUITY AND CULTURAL RESPONSIVENESS.

Every child deserves our best work every day, not just our good intentions. We haven't
been able to guarantee that every child can attend a top-notch public school, despite our best
efforts. Good intentions haven’t and won’t move the agenda forward for them, and isn’t that why
we became instructors
The Author would like to emphasize that every student must be cater equally and give the
eduction that they deserve for them to be a wholesome learners that will be beneficial to he
teaching and learning process we must address that differences must treated as an opportunity
despite of the challenges we face to improve the quality of education. It is our responsibility as
teachers to create an environment that is conducive to learning for all students, regardless of their
ethnicity, gender, or culture.
How will you help students understand their own cultural biases? How will you
incorporate your students' life experiences into the lesson? How will you foster/encourage
critical discussion during your lesson? What authentic learning tasks have you developed for this
lesson?
Overall this article will be beneficial in addressing the individual differences inside the
classroom and we must always consider to put ourselves in the perspective of our learner where
we should always embrace the differences and make them feel that they were belong to the group
in that way the learner will enjoy the teaching learning process and collaborate to the process
actively. Because participation is the key to improve the quality of education in our society
where we suffering discrimination among people from different sector of the society, some of
them classify each member based on their social standing or also known sa social stratification.
In our Country we could see the level of differences among its citizen especially those
who are living in the marginalized sector. They don’t have enough money or resources to sustain
the needs of their children that’s why most of them are considers lacking of education if we are
able to address that sort of differences we must include the improvement of the lives of its people
int that way we could say that we have equity for all the learners in our country and poverty will
be eradicated due to proper funding and distribution of resources inour country. Also we must
also cater those who are considered as vulnerable in our state it was the indegineous people who
are far from educational institutions our government must improve the Als education for them to
have a proper academic education and give them opportunity to improve their quality of life
while preserving their culture.
