RENT AGREEMENT

This Lease Agreement is made on 01.01.2021 between Mr. A Kumar Sharma S/o Shri
B Sharma, Plot No- 01, ……………………………………………….., Jaipur -302015
(Hereinafter the Lessor) of the FIRST PART and

Mrs. C Sharma, S/o D Sharma Age-54 year Plot No- 20 ,


……………………………………………….., Jaipur -30201 Party of the SECOND
PART

Represented by witness a consideration of the rent and conveyance of the part of lesee
and conditions hereinafter renewed and contained as follow:-
(1) In the expression set out of this schedule hereto shall unless the context
otherwise required have the meaning ascertained to them herein to them
thereon.
(2) And whereas the lessor agree to lease a premises on -01,
……………………………………………, Jaipur-302015, to the lessee @ Rs.
5000/- per month as rent which does not include electricity, water charges &
Gatekeeper for period of 1 years and One Month Rent Rs. 5000/-(One
Thousand Only) as security deposit.
(3) The second party undertake to pay rent in advance each English calendar
month by the 10th Day of every month.

(4) That the Second party shall not sublet or part with the possession of the
premises.

(5) That the second party shall not make any additions or alterations in the
premises without the written consent of the first party.
(6) That in case of any breakage of window panels, glasses damages to electric
and other fittings the second party undertake to make good all such damages
and losses except natural wear and tear.

(7) That the second party has agreed to take the said premises for their office
purpose and shall not misuse the same for any other purpose.

(8) That the initial periods of lease is Three years and the same can be extended
by mutual consent of the both parties and rent will be increased 5% after one
year and either party can get the premises vacated before Three Years as the
case may be after giving one month notice if the second party vacant.

(9) That whenever the context allows the expression first party and the second
party use in these present included besides Mr. A Kumar Sharma her heirs and
assignees and besides his their and successors.

(10) The Rental for the premises shall start with effect from 01.01.2021.
