Design feature:
1. Controlled rotation
2. Pressure range up to 20 bar
3. Driven and lubricated by the cleaning fluid
4. Reliable slide bearing
5. Low-wear design, long life bearing

The liquid flow powers the head by an internal turbine. Either a gear reduction or a hydraulic brake is used to control the rotation.
Hence the produced droplets are bigger and hit the tank wall with higher velocity. This keeps the speed of the head within its optimal
range across a wider span of pressures, and the nozzles develops more powerful spray.
The new rotating nozzle works very powerfully and efficiently based on the controlled rotation.Compared to conventional rotating
cleaning cycle nozzles, time can be reduced considerably,This saves cleaning fluid, energy costs and time.

Cleaning cycle:
Series DG20

Design feature:
The DG20 3D rotating tank cleaner provides a powerful and thorough 360-degree cleaning pattern .
The standard machine configuration uses two nozzles to blast the tank walls and rinse all surfaces. In operation, the unit has to
run for the cycle time between on type 8 and 12 min depending on type and pressure. This ensures full cleaning. For extremely difficult
applications the cleaning time might have to be extend.
1. Very high cleaning performance already at low pressure
2. Driven and lubricated by the cleaning fluid
3. Systematically cleans the entire tank interior(360°)
4. Robust, low-maintenance stainless steel construction
5. Using dynamic seal at leakage point to reduce leakage and save cleaning fluid. While producing greater impact on the water flow.
6. The nozzle have a unique steady flow design which can make the jet be more concentrated, greater impact.

Programmed rotation machines:

The cleaning fluid drives via the turbine an internal gear reducer that keeps the sprayer turning in two planes.
In the course of spraying cycle, the jets sweep the entire inside surface of the tank according to the preprogrammed, model-specific
pattern. This takes a certain amount of time, but these models generate the highest jet pressures (= force of impact) and are therefore
ideal for very large tanks and the toughest of cleaning tasks

Application:
DG20 3D rotating tank cleaner are suitable for medium to large tanks, such as Dairy , Food, Pharmaceutical, Beer, Chemical,
industrial fermentation industries and many others.

Cleaning cycle:
Series ST retractable spray nozzle

When baffles are a nuisance.

Retractable cleaning systems clean even the remotest corners. Where to attach the spray head? This question arises with nearly
every CIP installation. In most cases, spray shadows caused by baffles, such as agitators, manholes, inspection glasses and a host of
other muffs complicate the setup of an efficient CIP cleaning. The solution for this is a retractable cleaning systems.

Design feature:
When a certain fluid pressure is reached, the pop up type rotating cleaning nozzle is automatically extended from the enclosure.
These free-spinning rotating nozzles can be installed flush in the tank wall.
They are also suitable for cleaning pipes and for applications that use foam. They are of particular interest for applications
in the food and beverage industry as well as for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Some important features at a glance:

1. low wear PEEK body
