    MIDNIGHT FILLIGS for 2/O:

    Midnight positions –are to be entered on daily basis into Word file for each
    month and on the end of month to be signed by Captain and to scan it back in
    folder: N:\Common\01. Midnight Positions

    You are assigned to save Daily Position Report for Admin on end of each
    day. Online DPR find in Microsoft Edge browser (shortcut on top bar left):
    Vessel Log Home - This is a Vessel Log to fill as DPR. We fill in sections:
    - Additional Information: Distance travelled, PSN: Lat and Long for MARPOL
    compliance purposes, PTW live remarks.
    - DISCHARGE: pumped overboard ( FW water used),
    - WASTE: Garbage delivered ashore or incinerated
    - Environmental conditions: Weather from LOG BOOK, Hdg, etc.
    Save and put ’’Section Complete’’.

    ROB’s: also - every day you will be getting email with ROBs from 1st engineer,
    please enter those figures in the Deck log Book – top of page.
