JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Manager Sales & Marketing:

• Able to Implement appropriate operational business strategy to achieve the business


acquisition development target through Corporate, Wholesale & Retail.

• Plan, organize, direct and control the respective sales staff to meet the progress of sales
target achievement.

• Analyze sales performance to understand the execution strategies, sales trends, market
environment and competitions.

• Daily communicate with the respective Corporate, Wholesale & Retail sales force and
offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation or information
they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their
productivity.

• Visit frequently channel partner production house and corporate office and solve trade
queries and problems.

• Able to design proper Territory & Region's mapping for respective territory & region and
ensure its proper implementation aligning with the business need.

• Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales team members to provide insight for the
improvement of their activity performance.

• Compile, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on


performance.

• Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.
