NOTICE OF SUBMISSION

The Petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, hereby manifests:

1. That Petitioner received the Order of the Court dated December

28, 2020 on February 2, 2021, directing petitioner to amend the
petition to comply with the requirements in A.M. No. 02-11-10-SC,
including the jurisdictional requirements, and specify the regime
governing the property relations of the parties; and to submit a
sworn certification of residency with house location sketch issued
by the barangay, noting that what petitioner submitted was not
sworn.

2. That Petitioner’s Motion for Leave of Court to Serve Summons by

Publication is denied, and petitioner is directed to provide the
Respondent’s office address or place of business so that
substituted service of summons can be effected upon the
Respondent.

3. In compliance to the Order of the Court, petitioner hereby submits

a new barangay certification of her residency, already sworn in
front of a notary public and the same was duly notarized. However,
 petitioner wants to be put on record that the notary public refuses
on the first request, with the same reason above, but nevertheless
notarized the same upon presentation of the Order of the Court.

4. The undersigned counsel also humbly manifest, that she be

furnished copies of the Court’s order and other processes, as she
did not receive the order mentioned above, but only the petitioner.

EXPLANATION

Pursuant to the Provision of Rule 13, Section 11 of the 1997 Rules in

Civil Procedure as Amended, the undersigned submits this Explanation that
the service of this manifestation and notice of submission to the
Respondent, the Office of the Solicitor General, and the Office of the
Provincial Prosecutor were made by registered mail instead of personal
service in view of the distance, lack of material time, and manpower to
effect personal service.
